- Booth shoots Lincoln on April 14th, 1865 in Fords Theatre in Washington D.C
- Willie Jett confesses Booth's where-abouts
- Secretary of state Seward is attacked while indefensible against Powell
- Booth was caught in Garret's farm April 26, 1865
- Booth and George Adtzerdot went on the run through the DC area, hiding from Union troops and detectives searching for them.
- Booth's conspirator's were hanged- July 7th 1865
- Union troops catch Willie Jett at a hotel and he then reveals where Booth and Adtzerdot are hiding.
- Union troops catch Booth at Garret's farm on April 26th 1865. He wouldnt come out of the barn until the Union troops burnt it, then when he surrendered a Union soldier shot him in the neck, where he would not recover from his injures.
- Booth's conspirator's were caught and sentenced to death by hanging on July 7th, 1865. They were buried next to Booth in an unmarked territory in a cemetery in Baltimore.
