  • Clarence Parker: Immigration is great for America because it brings out the best of who America is and what the country means to the world.
  • Immigration is good, but it needs to be fixed, particularly at our borders.
  • Arab/Muslim migrant: Immigration in America works out for my nationality and religion, despite what the public thinks about the Muslim/Arab realm since 9/11.
  • I'm Donald Trump, and "I will build a great wall on the U.S.-Mexico border, and our southern neighbors will help pay for the wall" (Roman, Sagas 21). The border wall will help fix America's border crisiis
  • But why? It won't solve anything Trump.
  • Well, kid. There's nothing with taking chances to improve being elected/re-elected and having a positive Presidential approval rating.
  • Ok, then. I don't like where we're going as a country.
  • Journalist: No, it won't. That's because "25% of the 44 million who are foreigners are actually undocumented immigrants. Trump, if you build a wall, the expedition to the U.S. will be much harder for migrants, and they will most likely fail" (Poston). What Trump doesn't realize is that his border wall hurts America's reputation.
  • The border wall will solve the crisis on the U.S.-Mexico border. Trust me, I'm a genius.
  • Thank you. It's what I've been trying to tell him.
  • Regardless of the challenges that America goes through, immigration works because "immigrants contribute to the American economy in many ways as 33% of the workforce are immigrants; immigrants also help Social Security and Medicare benefits"(Sherman et al). The bottomline is that immigration is vital to America.
  • Alright, Trump. You've had your reasons for building a border wall, but there's some bias to your claims.
  • No problem, kid. Let's do it.
  • Trump's proposed border wall doesn't work because "it's not invincible, so a better way forward is to imporve safety and security at the U.S.-Mexico border. So all in all, it's not really efficacious in any way shape or form" (Cruz). Whatever Trump says about the border situation, it's all lies and deception.
  • The border wall won't help America because "it's a dangerous gamble and it will hurt taxpayers and the environment" (Hulseman). So, immigration is better off without a border wall.
  • Immigration is very integral to the United States since the country relies heavily on immigration and it helps pave the way for the nation to be a worldwide superpower. Trump's border wall will make immigration in the U.S., particularly among anyone entering from Mexico to the U.S., much harder.
