- Matt we have to go back this place is haunted!

- So Matt Are you having fun?
- Matt is a normal kid the only thing different about him is he has a single mom so he is mostly taken care of by his Nanny: Ruby, She was like a second mom to Matt but one day she unexpectedly passed away and left Matt sad, and depressed.

- In the midst of all Matt's emotions, he finds himself wandering in the neighborhood's woods which are supposedly haunted by a witch. followed by his younger sister Judy who insists it's a bad idea. During all this Matt's mom is struggling to find a new nanny and work at the same time but eventually, she finds someone named Mrs. Swan
- Matt's friends haven't seen Matt ever since Ruby had passed away, so they all decided to invite him over for a sleepover to help him move on and have some fun. During this sleepover, all of Matt's friends meet Mrs. Swan, they think she seems nice but Matt feels that something isn't right about her.
- During the sleepover, Judy is already asleep, but well Matt is going to grab drinks for his friends and he sees a shadowy figure staring at her. Matt screams and his friends come running in one with a baseball bat. When they see what Matt sees the one with the bat hits the figure right in the face.
- Eventually, they knock the figure out the window but it's angry. Over the next hour, they gather supplies and make a plan, they figured out during the fight that the creature's weakness is salt. They know no one would believe them and they were going to have to fight this battle on their own. But... well they are battling the strange creature it snatches Judy and runs into the woods.
- After stockpiling all the salt they could find they head out into the woods until they come across a small house, they had heard stories about this house, this was where the witch had lived. Sure enough, a few minutes later the witch shows up. Matt and his friends throw all the salt they could and eventually drove the creature out of the woods and into the neighborhood pond where the creature starts to fade into the person of Mrs. Swan......
