- Commandments1. Whatever goes upon two legs is an enemy. 2. Whatever goes upon four legs, or has wings, is a friend.3. No animal shall wear clothes. 4. No animal shall sleep in a bed. 5. No animal shall drink alcohol. 6. No animal shall kill another animal. 7. All animals are equal.
- After the Rebellion, the Animals agreed on a set of rules Known as The seven commandments: Animalism.
- The pigs contemplate drinking the newly found whiskey.
- Pigs! Pigs! Look what I have discovered! Whiskey! It is so delicious!
- But, Napoleon! Isn't it against the fifth commandment?
- The pigs get drunk on whiskey and party till late in the night.

- Napoleon is dying! Anyone who drinks alcohol will be punished with death.
- Napoleon and the Pigs, realizing it was a hangover, set aside land to farm barley and make whiskey
