- The Boston Massacre was when British troops shot at protesters outside the customs house in Boston.
- Sugar Act - 1764
- The Boston Tea Party was is when the protestors/colonists ripped open the 342 chests of tea that have arrived in the Boston Harbor. Then dumped them into the ocean/Harbor and celebrated.
- Quartering Act - 1765
- The Stamp Act was a law that imposed taxes on every legal document, including newspaper, phalement and deck of cards coming into the colonies.
- Tea Act - 1773
- Law to prevent smuggling goods into the colonies that were not from England. Navel officers were aloud to search colonial ships.

- The British government moved the army from the Western land to the cities. This required colonists to house and feed red coats.

- The law gave East India the right to sell tea to the colonies. Due to law the colonies could only by tea from East India. This is sp they don´t go broke.
