- The story starts with a young boy who grew up poor, P.T Barnum who was treated poorly by the young girls, who is named Charity, family. Charity grew up wealthy because of her family. Barnum and Charity fall in love and both grow up with eachother despite her parents being against it. They start a life in New York City.

- Barnum gathers all of these unique people who have hid and starts a circus. They embrace their differences and some hate them and some love them. Some example of the unique people are the dwarf, dog man, tatoo man, and the tallest man.
- Falling ActionFrom Now On
- The circus and the unique people are getting alot of hate, but they do not care. Alot of people love them and they embrace difference.
- ResolutionThe Greatest Show
- Charity is upset with Barnum for kissing and going on tour with Jenny. It shows everything is off balance and everyone is upset.
- After the building burns down they put a tent down and have a show. They get things together and fix everything.
- Barnum fixes everything and he lets his partner continue the show. He sees his kids and wife and all is okay.
