Storyboard Description

This storyboard is based on the article "Bomb Suit" by Mark Boal. This is the opening scene from the article which would be the perfect start to a biographical film on Mark Boal. In my rendition of this portion of the article, it would make the audience feel like they are in the chaotic streets of Baghdad. It would also present Boal as a very cool, calm, and collected individual which is what he projects throughout the article.

  • The lateral tracking shot ends when the man gets to a group of officers who are discussing the IED
  • The camera slowly zooms into an eyeline matching shot as the man greets the officers. He pats one of them on the back remarking as if he's been in this situation many times before. Then the title sequence comes onto the screen
