Storyboard Text
- Dryope, her son, and sister Iole went down to the pool because Dryope wanted to make garlands for the nymphs. She picked a petal from the tree for her son but she didn't know the consequences to her action.
- Dryope saw the tree start to bleed where she picked it. Her face was in horror when she realized that it was actually a nymph as a tree. The nymph, Lotis, had changed into the tree form after running from someone. Iole watched her sister turn into a tree.
- Dryope was stuck to the ground not being able to move still holding Iole. Her husband and father came running to the scene and had the same look of horror on their faces. Dryope passed the baby to her husband and told him to bring the child to the tree often. She also said to tell their child her story and to be careful when harming nature.
