- LA CAJA MENOR, ESUN FONDO QUE SE CREA EN LAS EMPRESAS PARA MANEJAR PEQUENOS DESEMBOLSOS Y SE ASIGNA UNA PERSONA COMO RESPONSABLE DEL MANEJO
- APERTURA DE CAJA MENORTIENE COMO OBJETIVO REGISTRAR DENTRO DEL SISTEMA EL SITUADO DE RECURSOS QUE EFECTUA LA TESORERIA,LUEGO DE ABANDONADOS LA CUENTA CORRESPONDIENTE, ES DECIR, SE CREA EL SALDO INICIAL DE LA CAJA MENOR PARA GESTIONAR LOS GASTOS CON CARGO A ESTA
- POLITICAS PARA LA ADMINISTRACION DE CAJA MENOR; Al final del mes se realizara el respectivo reembolso. Cuando los gastos superen el 80% antes de la fecha acordada, se realiza informa concreto y especifico para así realizar el reembolso
- rembolso caja menor: El funcionario encargado de manejar la caja menor elabora una planilla informando en detalle todo los conceptos pagados con sus soportes, la cual se envia al departamento de contabilidad para su aprobacion,
- ARQUEO DE CAJA MENOR:Periódicamentey en fechas no avisadas ,se debe hacer el cuadre de fondos contando el efectivo disponible en ese momento y sumando los vales y recibos con el efectivo contado.
