To stay safe when swimming, make sure there is an adult nearby.

Make sure you buddy up before you start swimming.

Know your limits, Make sure you are confident in the water before you go in.

If you are not very confident only go up to your thighs.
If you are more confident then don't go deeper than your waist.
Be careful when diving, Make sure you know the depth.
If the pool is lower than 2m then you shouldn't be diving.
