- hello, my name is Beth today i'm going to show you how to do the elephant toothpaste experiment.
- materials
- dish soap
- hydrogen peroxide
- food colouring
- introduction
- water
- dry yeast
- For the elephant toothpaste experiment there will be liquid dish soap, food colouring, tube, peroxide, yeast, safety coat and safety googles.
- You will first need to add 1/2 cups of hydrogen peroxide, dish soap and food colouring.
- once you have mixed step 2 very well, you now add in a separate cup add 1/4 cups of warm water and one packet (1/4 OZ) of yeast and mix them together for a couple of seconds.
- Slowly add the yeast and water into the main mixture which is the hydration peroxide, dish soap and food colouring.
- Once you have added your mixture , it may take a few seconds until it fully explodes.
