King Hrothgar, the ruler of the Danes, is troubled by the rampages of a demon named Grendel. Every night, Grendel attacks King Hrothgar's wealthy mead-hall, Heorot, killing Danish warriors and sometimes even eating them.
People in this place likes party, huh. Therefore, I'll eat some of them. It tastes good and a good dishes for my dinner this evening. Grrrrrrrrr. Grrrrrr.
Hrothgar was a great warrior in his time, but now he's an old king and can't seem to protect his people.
I saw the monster, Grendel in the forest last night. He ate some of the Heorot.
He killed and ate my husband, King. You should kill him.You should act.
Fortunately, a young great warrior named Beowulf travels to Heorot Hall from his own lands overseas to lend a helping hand—literally.
I am grateful that you extend your help to us. hopefully, Grendel will be defeated.
I am Beowulf, a young warrior is here to fight Grendel and save this place from him. Just believe and I will do my best to defeat him, My King.
Beowulf wrestles the demon into submission and eventually tears off his arm at the shoulder. Mortally wounded, Grendel flees into the wilderness and dies.
You deserve to die, Monster. You're so weak and cannot fight against me.
Beowulf, Hrothgar, and their followers throw a wild party to celebrate. Hrothgar also gives Beowulf many presents and treasures to reward him for his heroic defeat of the demon.
Job wee done, Beowulf. You deserve to received praise and a reward!
Thank you for trusting me, King. I just did my part.
Unfortunately, Grendel has an overprotective mother who decides to avenge her son.
I will not let my son died like that. I will revenge. I will kill all of you and surely I will. I promised you my son, I'll kill him.
