FOMO is the fear of missing out. Having a constant FOMO can have serious mental health issues in the future. To help avoid this health issues, it is suggested to not post constantly to help relieve the stress on yourself and other people. Another suggestion is to not compare your life to others, it can lead to you feeling bad about your life. Also, not everybody tells the truth on social media. Make sure you don't stress yourself out because you're missing out on some activities, you will we fine.
