- As we were talking last class, some aspects like: race, historical context, sexuality and social class, can determinate a part of our lives.
- It doesn't necessarily mean that we are going to be prohibited of doing what we want with our lives, but it sure helps dictate our socially constructed idea of freedom, and how different we deal with it.

- I've never thought about it this way... so not all people have the same freedom as me?
