- HELP MEEE! Boils cover thine skin and foul smelling liquids spill from thy skin
- SILENCE! You shall do as I say! TO QUARENTINE!
- Nay! my duchess let me not stay at thy home!
- FATHER! OH, FATHER
- Where could he be?
- 1665 (One week earlier): A young lady named Anne notices boils on her skin and black puss squeezing from them. She runs out to the street and cries for help. A man tells her to run away from the town before it is too late.
- Thy Father is gone. He has left this world. Although he was not my real father, he took me under his wing unlike my cruel birth father.
- Anne begs before the duchess and begs her to not put her in quarentine, but the duchess is a firm lady and will not let anyone pass her.
- A week earlier: Lady Grace has taken to a disguse and has lived the life of a peasant for a twelve-month. She was taken in by a kind servant and she had grown to love him. But, one day he went missing.
- Pray, what is troubling you?
- I have been diagnosed with thine plauge, I shall die in but 6 days so the doctor said to me. But none matters about me, what troubles you?
- Lady Grace found her father, but it is too late...
- Present: Our two heart broken heroines walk in the street.
- Lady Grace comforts Anne
