Therapy can lead to better health as it can improve mental function and prolificness.

  • Eating healthy is a great coping mechanism for depression. Not only does eating nutritional foods improve physical health (lowers the chance of developing illnesses, improves muscle development, and strengthens bones) but it also improves mental health. A study in 2017 recorded by the National Library of Medicine shows that foods such as fruit, vegetables, fish, etc, are associated with lowering symptoms of depression.
