- Both Malathor and Dave prepare to exact their versions of justice upon the world.

- Armed with their battlesuits using technology that didn't exist a few weeks ago, Dave and Malathor have an even fight that ends when they both escape a collapsing warehouse.

- Malathor attempts to track down Dave and stop him from executing his grand plan, but it proves difficult, as Dave has left behind a field of tricks, dead ends, and traps that the unwary could easily fall into. It is here that the player really begins making the big decisions.

- Malathor arrives at Dave's headquarters and tries to stop him. However, he is too late to stop the robot army from being unleashed. Luckily, the city has been evacuated, but you don't have much time. You have to finish this now. The winner is not easily decided, but one thing's for sure: someone is going to lose.
- VS.
- After the climactic final battle, one of two things happen. Either Dave wins and goes through with his plan, taking control of the world by force, or Malathor wins, the city is rebuilt, and he is looked at like a true hero. There is also a secret ending depending on your choices earlier in the game, but no one likes spoilers. Unless you do, then you're weird.
