- Why?
- Vintage Clothing has been my passion for the past three years. I love to make used clothing part of my daily wear.Each piece of clothing has a history or story behind it!My favorite pieces to shop for have been vintage college and university, professional sports teams, and random travel t-shirts.I will be a First year student at The University of Virginia in the Fall of 2023, I think it would be awesome to open this shop and provide vintage looks for my fellow Cavaliers.

- FundingI am going to take a $2000 loan from my grandfather. He supports my vintage clothing passion and often will pick up cool pieces for me when he sees them.Over the course of my Senior year, I am going to use the money to start to build my inventory.

- ExperienceTo get a better sense of how to operate a retail store, I plan to get a part time job or ask to intern at one of the many vintage clothing stores in Chapel Hill.
- LAUNCHING CAVALIER VINTAGE SHOP
- For the First Six Months on CampusEvery other Saturday, from 10 AM to 3 PM, POP UP SHOPS will be set up within existing businesses.Instagram, Snap Chat, and word of mouth will be my primary way to advertise

- If successful, In March of 2024:The Saturday POP Ups would be a weekly occurrence I would hire a 2nd or 3rd person to help in the shop and assist with acquiring new inventoryIf the business is booming, I would apply for a small business loan and search for a small permanent location
