- Very good, you are right. Now let me show you somethings IRL. 
- I think good neighbourhoods have well maintained homes, proper sanitation and have amenities like healthcare, education centres etc. It should have a pleasant and positive vibes .
- A neighbourhood is supposed to serve a safe and secure environment for the people living in it. It is a link between our homes and the environment.
- But Ma, what is the purpose of a neighourhood?
- Mom we are also being taught about the functions of neighbourhood. I have not quite understood that yet.
- See Anaita, a neighbourhood has 4 main functions: social, economical, administrative and political.
- You see? This is the social function. There are such beautiful public parks where you have friends that you have made because you all live nearby!  You can socialise and have funnn.

- You see these cones? These are to warn people to be careful about the hole. Now the administrative function of the neighbourhood is to ensure that everyone resides here safely without any problems with their basic amenities
