- HORMONES cause physical changes in the female's body. When we were born, our OVARIES contain hundreds of thousands of eggs that remain inactive until puberty. When these become active , our ovaries releases hormones.

- Puberty is when a child's body begins to develop and change as they become an adult. During this phase, you will experience many physical and emotional changes.
