Storyboard Text

  • Wow what a beautiful view! It is such a shame that people keep coughing around me and I can’t hear the sound of the waves!
  • After taking a tour around San Francisco with sick tourists all day, an unknown cell of a virus entered Dan’s throat and tricked the cells by portraying a protein
  • After pretending to be a protein, the virus cell started to mutate and multiply, which caused Dan to experience many symptoms. These symptoms show pain to display that the immune system is starting to fight off the virus, even though it seems as if Dan is losing the battle.
  • It looks like you have a virus, Dan. Sadly there are no medications I can give you besides a fever reducer, but you should be getting tons of rest to let your body fight it!
  • Dan went to the doctor after about a week after his tour. He woke up with a lot of mucus in his lungs and throat and knew that something wasn’t right. He also had a fever and many aches.

  • When he got home, Dan rested for a long time however his symptoms were almost getting worse. He was experiencing more pain than before. This is because his T-cells have been released to help attack the virus.
  • Dan’s T-cells are the last line of defense for fighting the internal battle in his body against the virus. T cells function to actively destroy infected cells, as well as signal other immune cells to participate in the immune response. Thankfully, his T-cells won the battle and he will start to experience less symptoms very soon!
  • Thankfully, after about a week after his tour around San Francisco, he finally started feeling better. His T-cells were a majorhelp in fighting off the virus,and he is finally cleared to do the things he loves most! Like basketball!
  • Since the virus cell tricked the protein, it began to mutate and multiply drastically. With the cells multiplying and spreading it also is causing Dan to experience symptoms.
  • The virus cell then multiplied thousands of times within the cell and released other mutants and viruses throughout the body, which caused them to spread from the lungs to the throat.
