  • Of course, being of legal age, which in British Columbia is 16, is necessary before applying for an unrestricted license.
  • YAY!!! I am finally 16, I would love to get my L this week
  • Once you are fully ready for the knowledge test, you should schedule an appointment. Then, on the day of your appointment, you can go to a nearby driving license office.
  • Alrighty, I just looked at some videos on how to drive safely on the road, and did a quiz on it as well, I think I'm good.
  • It's time for the knowledge test now that the admission money has been paid. The multiple-choice exam has a passing grade requirement of 40 out of 50.
  • This seems so easy, I will for sure pass, to be fair I watched many YouTube videos.
  • You now possess your L in full. Here are a few driving regulations. You need to have your L sign visible on the vehicle, and a licensed driver aged 25 or over must be in charge. In addition, you are not permitted to operate a vehicle between the hours of midnight and five in the morning, and you are only permitted a single passenger in addition to your supervisor.
  • Like I said, it was the easiest thing in the world, thankfully I did a quiz on road signs, forgot it was on there. Now I'm fully ready to receive my N when I can
  • One Year Later
  • I am ready to get my N!, I have used many road safety apps, studied and read many road handbooks, watch many videos, I've even gone to a driving school and practiced driving in deserted areas with a trustworthy supervisor!
  • After 1 year, your probation is obsolete, and you can go and obtain your N.
  • With Your Novice License, there are still rules that apply. But not so much as with getting your L. Yet, You are only permitted to bring one passenger and must still display your vehicle's 'N' license plate if the other people are not immediate family.
  • Next in the line, is to get your Full license. To do that, drive safely for two years, no violations, and pass the Class 5 road test.
  • The full license can be used without restrictions. However, you will have limitations if you have a medical conditions.
  • I successfully completed the Class 7 Road Test, earning my novice driver's license. This test I was tested for my driving skills, I was not nervous at all, my examiner said I drove safely and smoothly, with 1-2 hits on the cones.
