- thanks! okay so first things first , you have to get the Rise-And-Shine app.Which allows you to connect and control your bed through your phone ,They connect via Bluetooth.

- After logging in to your account.there are multiple features that you can control your smart bed with such as:
- You can control your bed's position, by allowing you to just your bed. You can incline or recline the upper half of your bed to your desired position and it also massages.
- Woah! That's so cool! That's like the prestige cinema couches but this time its an actual bed!
- Another feature is that the app can access your music, which can be played on the bed's speakers. You can play sleep meditations with great sound.
- Yup! But it doesn't just end there... There is more. The whole bed has built in sensors that monitor your breathing heartrate while sleeping for it to give you feedback pertaining your sleeping patterns and it also suggests ways on how to improve them.it informsyou on how many times you turned and if you snoredThe sensors also analyzewhat time you go to bed and hat time you wake you
- With that being said you can also set an alarm on the app to wake you up, which will stop ringing when you get out of bed due to the sensors.

- Last but not last!My Favourite features!The smart bed has a built in thermal heated mattress. To finish it off, it has built in dimmable up-down lights. So you clap to switch on the lights, but each clap must be loud strong and clear. There are three levels of light, 1st clap turns lights on.2nd clap brightens the light, 3rd clap activates the brightest light, 4th clap the light will start dimming and descend..So yeah that's what the smart bed is and the app helps you access these features and control them.
