- "Yo, It's finally January 3rd again, but where is everyone?"

- "Say no more Frank, The Process of making a Law starts when a Senate or House member introduce's what is known as a bill, what were here for. A Bill is a documented idea of what members think should be a law. This "Bill" is assigned to a Comittee whose members research, discuss and modify the bill. The Bill is then voted on in the comittee to where majority wins."
- "Hey, Bob, do you think you could explain to me again How a bill becomes a Law? It's just such a long process that--"
- "Many people think the process is done here, but it's not, If the Bill gets approved, then it goes to the next Comittee where the similar process happens so that the Bill gets opinion of BOTH Comittees. Once both Comittees have researched and made a summary of the Bill, both comittees compare and vote the Bill. "
- "Finally, if this Bill gets enough votes from BOTH comittees combined, this Bill, or so called to become a law, gets passed down to Mr. President."
- "This is MY favorite part. Mr. President considers the Bill and can either approve it and it becomes a law, or can be disapproved it which there is a specific term used for it: Veto."
- "Of course, if the President Veto's a Bill and there are two-thirds of the House and Senate saying it should be a Law, then hands down the Bill becomes a law wether the President likes it or Not."
- "Although, I don't know why today it's so empty, Theres an important Bill coming today about wether there should be more weekend days than weekdays."
