- HI my name is grace and today I'll be talking to you about the Digestive system!
- The first part of the digestive system is the mouth, In the mouth all the food is chewed up into smaller peices so it can be swallowed! Saliva is also added to the food to make it easier to digest!
- The oesphogus is a food pipe to the stomach so when you swallow the food travels down it.
- When the food falls into the stomach from the oesophogus, the food gets broken down physically and has acids added in. The food is then moved into the small intestines
- When the food is in the small intestines the small intestines absorb the nutrients in the food
