- Tony, Kikay's lover, visited his childhood friend at Mendosa's house in tondo. After a while, Totoy and Nena, 2 of Kikay's childhood friends who visited, decided to give Kikay a warm welcome after hearing that Kikay had already arrived after studying in new york.
- Climax:
- Kikay neglected the things from the past and changed herself completely, and she has adapted the styles and attitudes of the way new yorker lives and forgets her real identity .
- Falling Action:
- Tony broke his promise to Kikay and got secretly engaged to Nena. When Tony and Kikay were alone, Tony brought up their engagement, but Kikay told Tony that he should forget about the engagement.
- Resolution:
- Tony was upset with how much Kikay had changed, so he announced to Kikay that he had gotten engaged with Nena while she was in New York. Kikay was enraged and charged at Nena.
- As the two clashed, they had to be broken up, and instead of taking Nena's side, tony took Kikay's side, so Totoy left with Nena. When they were left alone, Tony asked Kikay if she was happy to break two hearts.
- Kikay felt terrible for what she did and apologized to Tony and promised him that he would go back to her old self because she realized that she was so much happier than the way she was before tony accepted her, and they went back into each other arms.
