- Hi class! Today in Science we will be learning about The Rock cycle.You will first have to learn about the three types of rocks.
- First there are three different types of rocks that are interchangeable.They are igneous,sedimentary and Metamorphic.
- A Sedimentary rock is made up of sediments like shells and sand .Metamorphic rocks are formed by heat and pressure and turn a parent rock into a new rock. Igneous rock are formed out of magma and lava there are two types of Igneous rocks Intrusive andExtrusive. How cool is that?Want to keep on going?

- Weathering is when rocks particles or soil is being worn away .Erosion is when rock particles or soil is being moved by water.Deposition is when water accumulates sediments which can cause things like sand dunes.
