- My anxiety all started when my fifth grade teacher would always say if you think that this is hard you will not do well in sixth grade even though it wasn't towards me it stressed me out.
- You guys this isn't even hard!

- The summer
- My anxiety really started after I went shopping for school supplies. I always got stressed out after school supplies shopping for my new teachers and grades. This felt like a different type of anxiety. I wouldn't want to do anything and I always felt sick as the days went on I got more scared and nervous.
- I am so scared for my first day of school I want to go home.
- I found science and math. Then I couldn't find art finally I saw a teacher and he took me to art. Then I found discovery, English and social studies.Then I used the signs to find Spanish. Even though it was scary it was ok.
- A few weeks later
- Even tough I took some time to get used to with seeing a therapist and help from my parents I was able to better my mental health and lower my anxiety.
