Gaia the Goddess of Earth formed from raging chaos, then gave birth to Uranus God of the Sky. She married Uranus and gave birth to creatures with 100 arms, and cyclops. Uranus wanted them all dead, so Gaia took revenge was killed her husband.
She then gave birth to several of Gods and Goddess who weren't monsters. Among them was Kronos, who was so powerful that he decided to overthrow Uranus.
After Kronos killed his father Uranus, he married Rhea another Goddess of Earth. He then made children with Rhea but out of gold. This was the Golden Age. Kronos was feared that his children will over throw him. So every time a child was born, he ate it whole. Gaia was so annoyed at Kronos, that with the help of her mother she gave birth to Zeus who she hid on the island of Crete.
Zeus quickly grew to be the most powerful God. When he went to Gaia, he had to go through the monsters. The war went on for YEARS. When the ware ended, Zeus freed his brothers and sisters from Kronos and married his sister Hera.
He then made another race of man, a silver race. This race didn't last long, so Zeus hid them in the far corners of the underworld. To replace them, Zeus made another race called the bronze race. But they killed each other with venom so he also hid them away in the underworld.
Zeus then made a race of heroes of the Hellenic Tradition. When a hero died, they had a special place in the underworld called the Blessed Isles
