- OUCH! This coffee is too hot!

- Conduction these days, Am I right?
- Kyle went on a walk but soon realized how hot it was so he decided to go eat at a restaurant.
- Phew! It sure is hot outside today. All this radiation from the sun can't be good for me, I better get inside.
- He wondered about how air conditioning worked so he looked it up.
- Ah, this A.C. feels much better then the temperature outside. Hmm. I wonder how A.C. works anyway.

- The process of heat transfer in terms of air-conditioning is convection. As air cools, it shrinks, becomes denser and sinks. Warmer air at the bottom moves and due to it being less dense, it rises.
