- I am friends with your regional manager we will see who will have the last laugh. I will report this
- You wont beilieve what happened to Sizwe and I earlier on when we went out on tea break .....

- You guys should report this matter to the shop steward he will be able to help you guys
- Shelly and Sizwe are colleagues it is their tea break and they are busy chating at the parking lot of the mall they work at. Then a man came and starts shouting at them claiming they are making a noise and they must move away from his car and starts cursing at them and using some racist words.

- Shelly can you and Sizwe come to my office now please.
- Please Mrs Robinson give us a chance to explain what really happenened.
- Sizwe and Shelly are now angry at this mans rude behaviour so Sizwe retaliates and says some rude staff about the mans car, because Sizwe and shelly are in work uniform and have their name tags on it is easy for the man to identify them and where they work he then mentions he is friends with the regional manager and he will report them.

- I just off on a call with the regional manager , apparantley there is a complaint against you two and he is not pleased that some of my stuff are harrassing customers and tarnishing this stores name!
- It is after tea break Shelly is back at work and she is telling her colleague Tina about the incident that happened earlier on at the parking lot and she is worried that she might lose her job beacause the man threatened to report them, Tina then advices Shelly to speak to their shop steward because he might be able to help them.
- A few moments later the Store manager Mrs Robinson calls Shelly and Sizwe to her office.
- The angry Mrs Robinson explains to them that there has been a complaint against them and how the regional manager is not happy about that , Shelly then tries to explain their side of the story but Mrs Robinson will hear none of it. Mrs Robinson the tells them to leave and that she will let them know when to come sign their suspension letters
