  • Today is the downfall of the Archduke! We have all the weapons that we need, the plan will never fail!
  • THIS IS TOO SCARY! BYE BYE!
  • OH SHOOT! HOW DID MY PLAN FAIL
  • What sound is that I think we better speed up
  • It was a bright and sunny day. Sarajevo in Bosnia awaited the arrival of Archduke Franz Ferdinand of Austria. A huge crowd formed but among them were 6 teenagers who swore to kill the Archduke and were ready for the assignment.
  • Yay! The mission is accomplished. Let’s go our different ways now.
  • We agree. The bomb sound was a clear sign that the Archduke is dead. AHHAHA!
  • At 10:15 on Sunday 28th June 1914, the Archduke’s car approached the first assassin but he was scared so he did nothing and escaped.
  • Café
  • OH NOOOOOO! CAPTURE HIM!
  • At first, the next assassin also did nothing but eventually he gained his composure as the Archduke’s car passed the Cumujura Bridge and threw the bomb and suicided but failed because the Archduke threw the bomb and it exploded under the car behind, injuring many and his cyanide was too old to work.
  • PRINCIP.APRIL 1918
  • The Archduke demanded for himself to be driven to the Town Hall to visit the bomb victims in the hospital. However, the officials decided to change the route, but this wasn’t properly explained to the driver, to avoid crowds and the fear of terrorists. No police guard went with them too. Meanwhile, the other assassins assumed that the Archduke was dead and left accept for the last assassin, Princip.
  • At 10:45, outside a café, Princip couldn’t believe his luck, the Archduke’s car appeared behind him and turned into Franz Josef Street but as the driver realized he had taken a wrong turn, he stopped and started to reverse. Princip pulled out his pistol and fired two shots. One bullet pierced the Archduke’s neck and the other one ricocheted off the car into Sophie’s stomach.
  • Princip was immediately seized and taken to prison as his poison did not work. All the plotters except one were eventually caught but the organizer was hanged as the others were too young for the death penalty. However, in April 1918, Princip died in an Austrian jail.
