- I love you.
- Persephone in the meadows gathering flowers for Demeter. Hades spied her and was dazzled by her beauty.
- Hermes!!! Go to the Underworld and bring Persephone back.
- Hades abducted Persephone and took her down to his realm. Persephone cried and cried until she had no more tears left to weep.
- Hades visited the splendid chamber he had prepared for Persephone.
- Demeter was in great grief and Helios told her the truth. Zeus was watching, listening to his sister's words, and he became worried. Hermes was called from Zeus to go to the Underworld and to bring Persephone back.
- Hermes arrived and sad Persephone and Hades sat together on a sumptuous couch. Hades held a pomegranate in his hands. Persephone became committed to Hades.
- "Every Spring, Demeter makes sure flowers blossom on the meadow's and the mountains bloom to welcome home Persephone." Every six months, each year, Persephone will rule with Hades in the Underworld.
