- The Battle of the Alamo
- The Battle of the Alamo was an event where James Bowie and Colonel Williams Travis led 200 Texan soldiers to defend against 1600 to 6000 Spanish Soldiers.
- Civil War
- The Civil War was the deadliest war ever on American soil. It was a war between the Union, and the Confederate States of America over the rights to slavery and discrimination against African Americans.
- World War l
- The sinking of the Lusitania is known to be the biggest cause for America joining WWi. More than 120 American citizens onboard this vessel died.
- World War ll
- The Storm on Normandy was the invasion of when the Allied powers tried to take control of the Nazi occupied Eastern Europe, more than 10k Allied troops were estimated to die that day.
- Civil Rights Act
- I have a dream...
- This is MLK Jr. and one of his more famous speeches, the I have a dream speech. He was a leader who brought fourth the actions of president Lyndon B. Johnson to sign the Civil Rights Acts giving every male U.S. citizen their freedom and rights from segregation.
