- Welcome Home! What did you learn at school today?
- Well I learned about the bill of rights, like the first amendment
- "Freedom of Religion, Speech, Assembly, and Petition. I also learned about the other religions
- Cool I remember learning that too!
- I also learned about the Quartering of soldiers and the Search and Seizure Amendments
- I also learned about all the other amendments like The right to bear arms
- There's also the Grand Jury, Double jeopardy, self incrimination, Due Process, Takings Amendment.
- As well as the right to speedy trial by Jury, Witnesses, Counsel in case you didn't know.
- That's cool I didn't know that.
- Wow you've learned a lot.
- But i do know the right to have Jury trial in civil lawsuits, and Executive fines, cruel and unusual punishment .
- Oh did you talk about Non-Enumerated Rights Retained by people?
- Or the rights reserved to states or people.
- No we didn't. Cool!
