  • We will Kill Caesar for the good of Rome
  • Act 3 Scene 1
  • This scene shows part of Cassius' plan to bring Brutus to his side. The plan is to make Brutus believe that the citizens of Rome want him to be leader, so that he is more likely to take down Caesar.
  • Act 4 Scene 3
  • Brutus is indecisive on whether he should help Caesar or not. He then receives a letter saying how much people admire him and not Caesar.

  • Caesar is stabbed to death by people of the Roman Senate.

  • After long arguments about money and who the better soilder is Brutus and Cassius clasp hands to cooperate. This is because they are now friends.
  • Brutus begs four of his followrs to assist him in his suicide. Strato finally helps him but he asks Brutus to hold his hand first.

  • Shakespeare has shown honor throughout the play. He shows this especially through the character of Brutus to help and save a friend. Brutus considers himself an honorable person who is saving the Romans from tyrant. He becomes a disloyal. Cassius as well manipulates consipirators to join him in his fight against Caesar. Antony later comes forward hen he sees all conspirators have killed Caesar in the name of honor.
