- Brutus is using this sentence to convince people. He is using ethos in this quote.  This is ethos because he is trying to earn people trust by saying this.

- In this quote Brutus is using pathos. He is attempting to gain trust by the citizens of Rome for what he has done. He is trying to appeal to the citizens emotions.

- Brutus is using pathos in this quote. He is using facts and other reasoning to prove his point. He is doing this to persuade the people of rome.
- Antony's Speech - Logos
- Antony is saying this to appeal to the people's credibility. He is declaring this to make people trust his word. This is to make people believe him and what he says.
- "I speak not to disprove what Brutus spoke,But here I am to speak what I do know."
- Pathos is appealing to people emotions. In this quote he is appealing to the people emotions to persuade them that he is right. He is trying to make them feel upset for what has happened.
- "Just yesterday Caesar's word was the most important in the world. Now he lies dead here."
- In this quote Antony is using logic to prove his point. He is stating a fact. This is used to help him persuade the people.
