- Youssef is just siting and using his phone, then he felt really hungry.
- What are the benefits of eating healthy food?
- "I'm really hungry, let me go check what food do we have." Youssef said.
- Youssef is on his way to the kitchen to get food.
- "cant wait till i eat." Youssef said.
- Youssef finally reached the kitchen, when he opened the fridge he found vegetables, and in the cabinets he found chips, so he was deciding on what to eat.
- "In the fridge there is carrots, and in the cabinets there is chips, i would rather eat carrots because it is much healthier and has less calories, and can improve my body immunity." Youssef said.
- After Youssef got the carrots he went and sat in the table and started eating his carrots.
- "Thank god i chose the carrots to eat, if i chose the chips i would want to eat more which would be very bad for my health, so the carrots are way healthier and better to eat. If i chose the chips and i got used to eating it, i have a chance of getting a disease or getting cancer, but the carrot would prevent me from getting cancer and is rich in Vitamin A." Youssef said.
