- Don't worry. I have reasonable suspicion that they have illegal substances.
- Well, what evidence do you have?
- I've seen him exit his house late at night, and come back with plastic bags full of unidentifiable items
- Well, I still don't think we can go into their house without a warrant.
- Who says?
- The US Constitution, actually. The constitution states: "The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause...", so you can't go inside their house without a warrant.
- But I thought I had reasonable suspicion...is that not enough?
- Yeah...Let's go to the court and see if we can get a warrant.
- Alright, I'll follow you.
- Uh...Don't question it.
- Wait...that paper, was that the real copy of the US Constitution?
