- The patient had been suffering from pain in her knee for seven days, and on the eighth day, she could no longer bear the discomfort, so she decided to take her to the hospital and seek medical help.
- My knee hurt I can't help it anymore.

- The woman requested medical treatment for her knee in this scenario, and the nurse introduced herself and assured the patient that she would be the one to provide it. This is the Orientation phase, according to Peplau's theory.
- Ma'am I'm a nurse, I will the one who will assist you.
- The nurse began to build a connection with her patient. She replied to and answered all of her patient's questions, as well as explaining and informing the patient about the next treatment, which is an X-ray.
- What will the procedure be, Nurse? Is it necessary for me to undergo an X-ray?
- Ma'am, how are you doing? I'm here to let you know that you'll have an x-ray taken to see whether your bone has any complications.

- The patient began to feel at ease and relieved. She is no longer as worried as she was before, and she is beginning to feel calm for her health. This shows identification phase in Peplau's Theory.

- The nurse-patient bond is already established in this scene. The patient was told about her disease as well as the reason of her knee pain, which was arthritis. The nurse explained to his patient what would happen next and what medication she would be given. Before leaving, the nurse assured the patient that everything would be OK.
- Hello, Ma'am! Your x-ray results are now available. Arthritis is the source of your knee discomfort. You will then take the prescription prescribed by your doctor. If you need to contact me, hit the red button on your back. Ma'am, don't worry, everything will be OK.
- Because of the collaborative Nurse-Patient connection, the patient has already satisfied her medical needs and is recovering from her condition. This also signifies the end of a professional connection.
- I'm feeling better now thanks for helping me.
- You're welcome ma'am always follow what the Doctor advice to you and take care always.
