- one upon a time the mouse deer was a verry tricky animal but the had many enemies.one of this enemies was a crocodile. the crocodile lived in a river near a forest
- one day. the mouse deer went to the river. it was a verry hot day. and he was. and he was verry thirsty and dirty. he wanted something to drink from the river and then he bathed and splashed about in the water
- wah....finally my food is coming......!was hungry!
- how can i cross the river?
- let's move asaide friends, let the mouse deer pass!
- you can jump... just jum! this river is shallow!
- i will pounce on him, if be fall in to the river! hehehe
- came on deer, please pass. don't be afraid, we are kind!
- Hmm.... let me think first. how can i past the crocodiles?
- the mouse deer then then crossed the river by stepping on the crocodiles back casually
- let's line up! let me count your number first, so i can know how many buffalo i will bring here !

- the mouse deer shouted to collect the crocodiles!
- i want to visit my brother the buffalo a cross the river
- oh my good crocodiles friends. you guys are smart crocodiles. and i know what you want
- i will trick the buffalo. take him to the river for you to eat. he is fatter then me

- the mouse deer managed to get past the crocodile because of this ingenuity
