- American Revolution
- The Enlightenment
- The 3 estates and the taxes
- The American Revolution would have put the Europeans in debt specifically France since they would have hel[ped them with the revolution which would become a problem later
- The bread crisis
- The peasants would have gotten ideas and re analyzed how they werer being treadted compared to the other classes and figured that it was not fair to have 80% of the population suffer this much while the rest party every day and night
- Jacobin Club
- The three estates consisted of the clergy being at the very top, nobles being second and the commoners being the third which made up 80% of the population. Since the Americans revolution left the french poor they decided that they needed to tax people more so they began to tax the third estate heavily and the rest barely andy
- Revolution
- The bread crisis happened because of natural disasters that occurred leaving people in the third estate poor and hunger , This would have caused riots to beging such as raiding and such eventually the king decided to call on the estates general wich would have been a really bad thing to do
- The third estate created the National Assembly after deciding to form their own government out of the king's control. These people took an oath promising that they would continue this until the king gives them what they want. Some of the men formed a new party call the "Jacobin Club" and in this club, many proposed the idea of totally removing the king.
- Wouldn't it be easier to replace the whole ruler than wait for them to fix their mistakes?
- The people of France's fear turned to anger which after a while, ending up being expressed through violence. They had gotten tired of the mistreatment they faced and decided to start a revolution.
