- My son is working really hard...He definitely needs this...
- I must work hard in order to help my mom....
- Take it my dear son, I'm well aware of how hard you work and I'm sure that you need it!
- Thank You soo much mom! This means a lot to me! I love you mom!
- Thank You mom, I Love You!I'm going outside to play, I will be back very soon. Bye!
- Young Heber J. Grand worked hard in a thin, tattered jacket. His family was struggling financially and couldn't afford a new coat.
- This coat is so warm! This coat is now my favourite!
- Heber was taken aback when his mother presented him with a brand new, cozy winter coat. It took her a lot of effort to sew it for him.
- Oh no, this poor boy, he must be feeling really cold, especially in this weather. I must help him.
- *shivers*Uhhhhh, i'm feeling very cold. I hope this exhaust grate will do enough to warm me....
- Herber, where is your coat???
- Mother, I saw this little poor boy down the alley and he was feeling extremely cold....so, i handed him the coat in order to help him. I'm sorry mother, I am worried you might be upset...Im really sorry!
- After saying thank you to his mother, Heber hurried outside to play. He was barely aware of the cold because of how warm his coat was!
- As Herber raced down the alley, he saw a young, poor boy trying to warm himself in front of an exhaust grate. Herber knew how cold that boy must be. He knew the boy needed help.
- When Herber came home, his mother immediately noticed that he wasn't wearing his coat. so, she asked him about it. Herber told his mother he gave away the coat to the little boy he saw in the alley. He began to cry. He didn't want his mother to be upset that he gave away the coat.
