  • The body reacts to stress by making your muscles tense and tighten to prepare for action. Your body also sends out a hormone called adrenaline to help respond to stress. Your brain identifies the stressor and sends signals to other body parts. Your lugs make your breathing become faster providing oxygen. Your body increases your perspiration to help keep the body remain cool!
