- This is John. He lives in the US and practices PASTORAL FARMING. He would like to tell how this type of farming is done.
- Hello! I have been maintaining this farm for years now. I rear this animals for their wool, hide, milk etc. to sell in the market. Right now, I am in the prairies of USA, but I hear it is also practiced in places such as the pampas of Argentina, South Africa, the Steppes of Eurasia and the downs of Australia.
- You might wonder how I maintain such a farm for this much time. Well, these farms, called ranches, are scientifically managed and my animals are well looked after. This type of farming is highly specialized and there are separate departments for each stage of animal production.
