The Piep Piper

- The city was known to be infested with rats. They ate everything they saw and the noise was unbearable. Finally one day, the mayor decided to give a reward to whoever takes the rats away forever. That's what caught Piper's interest.
- I will give you 10 000 punds if you save us from the rat infestation. Do your job and get what you deserve!
- All the rats started crawling out of their hiding places and started to follow the sorrowful tune playing out of piper's pipe.
- The rats blindly followed the piper everywhere he went. Then finally he leads them to the harbor. While the Piper stopped, the mouses continued walking closer to the edge and at the end, all fell into the river and drowned.
- But when the piper came back for his reward the mayor stepped out of the deal because the town didn't even have any money to give because the town's chest was totally empty.
- I was promised 10 000 and that is what i want. You better pay quickly otherwise I can pay one of my many othe tunes and you wouldn't want that
- How dare you threaten us! The work is done, I see no rats, so you go on your way and try your tricks elsewhere.
- You see how poor we are!? Wouldn't you be satisfied with 1 000 pounds ?
- Suddenly the piper started playing a happy tune out of his pipe. While the adults were just laughing at him, every child from all over the town ran out and joyfully followed Piper towards the big dark forest.
- The rest of the town waited and waited for the children to come back home. However, kids and the colorful Piper were never seen again. As if the forest swallowed them all.
