- Many people have jobs in the city. And people want to live near thier jobs, making it so that there is a high demand for homes in the area, affecting the prices
- This house generally goes for about $300 000
- How much for this house?
- What do you think about this wonderfull Ohio property.
- There is one more place you might like. But its a small house, and you'd have to pay rent.
- We could deffinitly afford it, but we'd have to both find new jobs. That is too risky, especcially when paying off a morgage.
- They eventually ended up renting a house in the city. However, a substantial amount of thier income had to go to thier landlord, and they ended up paying more over time then if they just bought the house.
