- the bill of rights is the first of the ten amendments to the constituiton
- thats right it also guarantees rights like freedom of speech and more
- 1st Amendment
- so you see here this reporter is making the final copies of the news paper and she does not have to filter it because of the first Amendment
- oh yes without the freedom of speech,press, assembley this would have to be screened

- 4th Amendment
- ya also this amendment was first created for unresonable searches and seizures
- 3rd Amendment
- the 3rd amendent says that the people do not have to house soldiers

- this all started when the briish was forcing the colonists to house there soldiers
