  • How and where is this right being violated?
  • This right is being violated because they wont allow certain children to participate in education because they have a disability.
  • What can be done to support this right?
  • According to the UN, the right to education is unfair. This right is important to me because no matter if someone has disabilities or not, a child should go to the school that they belong at which will help them receive the best education possible.
  • Right to Health and Well-being
  • “"Spain violated the right to inclusive education of a child with disabilities, an independent UN human rights committee has found, calling on the country to end any educational segregation of students with disabilities in both special education and mainstream schools.”. 
  • Where is this right being violated?
  • dThe government should have fundraisers to help all children to go to school wherever they will be the most successful.
  • What can be done to support this right?
  • Motherhood and childhood are entitled to special care and assistance. All children, whether born in or out of wedlock, shall enjoy the same social protectionThis is important to me because everyone’s health and well being matters and its important for everyone to be protected under the same system. 
  • This right is being violated because many people with poor health aren’t able to have good health care systems to help take care of them.
  • "Violations of human rights not only contribute to and exacerbate poor health, but for many, including people with disabilities, indigenous populations, women living with HIV, sex workers, people who use drugs, transgender and intersex people, the health care setting presents a risk of heightened exposure to human right abuses- including coercive or forced treatment and proceducres."
  • The present should have a law to support this right and have a system that is open to the community with health care certain days a week to help do check ups and keep everyone safe.
