- Teresa is so pretty, she's going to be my girl this year.

- Does anyone know hot to speak French?
- When Victor saw Michael, he asked him why he was scowling like that. To Michael replied that he saw in a magazine that all the guys get the girls if boys scowl. Victor wasn't really paying any attention to Michael because all he could think about was Teresa. She was a girl that he had a crush on since they were little. Victor kept telling himself that Teresa would be his girl this year.
- Falling Action
- I think its pretty cool that you know how to speak French!
- Yeah, I picked up a couple of things from TV shows and movies.
- When Victor was leaving 1st period, he had bumped into Teresa. Teresa then said hello to Victor. He replied in an embarrassing way because he was nervous, and while talking, he was trying to copy Michael by scowling.
- Resolution
- When Victor went to French class, the teacher asked if anyone knew how to speak French. Victor lied to impress Teresa and said he knew how to speak French. Then, Victor came up with random words that sounded like French, and the teacher obviously knew Victor was lying. Victor in his eyes pleaded the teacher not to say anything about him lying, so that Teresa could be impressed.
- After French class, Teresa ran up to Victor and told him how she thought that it was pretty cool that he knew how to speak French. Victor lied again explaining how he picked up French from TV shows and movies. After they start to talk, Teresa asked if Victor could help her with French because she thinks she will struggle with French. Victor says yes.
- After Teresa and Victor say bye, Victor starts to sprint to the nearest library to check out a bunch of French books, so he can learn how to speak French.
